It won't even cool the i9 9900K at base clock speeds, I had to lower the processor voltage. At maximum pump and fan speed, the temperature is 84 degrees. From 74 degrees, the processor is already thermally throttling. Tried both conventional heat conductive paste and liquid metal, equally bad temperatures in both cases.
