The problems here in the previous reviews did not happen, after powering up within 30 seconds a picture popped up with a message saying that the TPM chip had changed and if I wanted to reset it, after confirming restart and entering the bios within 5 seconds. With AMD it is common to wait several minutes for the board to "feel" the components, with AM5 it is up to 8 minutes when seemingly nothing happens, here it was very fast, on B450 it took a minute.
The board is pretty good anyway, it allows you to remember and restore after a flash of the new bios! fan settings so you don't have to manually adjust it every time, overall the settings are very good. I have Ryzen 7 5700X in my motherboard, the temperature under load does not exceed 70°C, the CPU gets less voltage than the competing MSI. Memory 2x 16 GB Kingston Fury Renegade CL16 3600 MHz runs on XMP profile on the first good, graphics Gigabyte RTX 3070 also without problems, as well as two NVMe SSD in M.2 slots (too bad there is no cooler for both slots, it would come in handy) and sound system SB Z. Integrated is not bad, but if I have a dedicated one, it's a shame not to use it. Compared to the B450+RTX 3070 combination, the graphics here are noticeably faster, and the difference between PCI-E 3.0 and 4.0 is not just cosmetic. I like the options for lights, lots of connectors for RGB and ARGB (too bad I couldn't find any ARGB LED strip), the control software controls it all independently and it can set the lights on the graphics as well. I also like the automatic installation of software when Windows is first started. And the supplied Smart Backup software.
And finally, I like that all the connectors can actually be used, my previous board had 6 SATA ports, but when plugging in the M.2, ports 5 and 6 shut down and could not be used, so here is a reasonable solution, everyone uses NVMe M.2 anyway and I have no doubt that even in those two pieces and SATA will use so one and who knows if.
Definitely price vs quality
Lots of slots and reasonably spaced, only one PCI-E x1 is covered by graphics, if it was at the first M.2, it would be better
2.5 Gb ethernet, I'm seriously thinking of implementing it at home, NAS could use it
Very good sound system if someone doesn't have a dedicated one
Lots of connectors for RGB, ARGB and fans including water pump
4 SATA ports that can really use them all

I've built a few PCs, so I know the classic problems, but I bought the board, mounted it, and lo and behold the fans just spin and nothing. After I gradually ruled out the problem in the processor, graphics and ramps, I did a Q-Flash of the bios and nothing helped. In the end, due to the fact that after turning it on, I could not turn it off with the classic switch and even after a longer hold, I concluded that it is a scam. I'm returning the board within 14 days as defective and I'll hope they don't screw me out of money again.

I have the same problem as my colleagues below. After installing a new graphics card (GeForce 4070Ti) the board probably died. When you turn on the PC, all the fans spin up, including the ones on the GK. However, black screen. The restart buttons do not work and the PC cannot be turned off except by the button on the power supply. Too bad: -(
