Fully sufficient for an office or media center.

Win-11 installed without problems, temperatures even in CHIEFTEC Mini ITX BU-12B mini case with one 80mm intake fan and 300W power supply and 2x8G RAM surprisingly low: CPU rest/load 32°/46°, GPU chip 29°/42°. Graphics can run at least 8 videos simultaneously in FullHD format with 25% utilization without quality degradation - so with a large margin. Processor idle clock 1.1MHz, under load 2.4MHz.

In the BIOS you can't manually adjust the speed of the connected fans in pwm mode (which I unfortunately didn't read on the manufacturer's website beforehand) - the board regulates the speed itself depending on the temperature of the components, but apparently enough. RPM 1200-1450, so slightly noisier.
