Excellent teapot except for the unimaginative design of the lid made of glued wood.
Good-looking and serves its purpose well
Compact - doesn't take up much counter space
Does not need a pad if it is hot
The sieve seals well against the walls and is sufficiently fine
The strainer can be unscrewed and easier to clean
The lid unfortunately does not resist moisture well, it deformed over time and broke into 2 parts
