I bought the air conditioner just before the start of the season, then it was 2 thousand cheaper than now. With 12,000 BTU air conditioners, it had no competition and was the clear choice. The processing is precise and looks valuable. Control is not complicated. It is necessary to purchase a seal for the window and a hose for draining water (which is not much, usually in 10s of ml) is also not included. The primary outlet could have been placed a little higher. The performance is sufficient, with a room of 20 m2 she had no problem. With an outside temperature of 36 and an inside temperature of 29, when the windows were roasting all day, she got busy. Even so, the room cooled down to 23, but it was running at full speed. In terms of noise, it does not deviate from the others. If you' re a light sleeper like me, you can' t go without earplugs. Consumption of 1340W at 12,000 BTU is also standard. All in all, we are very satisfied with the purchase.

I returned the goods the next day, but I can say that the air conditioning itself is not too noisy, but after reaching the set temperature, the compressor and cooling system turn off, but the fan itself still runs at high speed and is very very noisy (even in Silent mode ). It is definitely not suitable for the study. The slats themselves tend to vibrate, increasing noise. Otherwise cooling performance excellent incl. nice design and pleasant operation.
