We received a defective piece (too loud gurgling). We dealt with the authorized service, and after two trips by the technician, we returned the refrigerator as part of the claim. Alza has arranged free return collection.

when changing the direction of opening the fridge, some screws would not catch -- some threads were overfilled with soft filler material (but could be removed)

The door doesn't open all the way easily, like the old fridge, so it happens that it stays unopened, and there's no sound or it's only on full open, but we'll learn to give that more power over time.
For some, maybe consumption, but when you calculate the cost of purchase, you budget the consumption for the next 30 years versus a fridge at 4 times the price
For the temperature control panel, I didn't understand that 1 is the lowest temperature and 7 is the highest. It's not written in the instructions. With the old thermostats, it was that the higher the number, the lower the temperature.
Height up to 200CM, not many refrigerators have that now
60CM depth, this is perhaps one of two on the market, otherwise the fridges are 65CM or more and overhang the edge of the kitchen
