A nice washing machine that seems solid, with a large capacity for its relatively compact dimensions (depth approx. 54cm) and pleasant controls, which do take some getting used to. After about 10 cycles, I'd rate the washing results as very good. What surprised me is the length of the most common programmes. Although the machine 'weighs' the laundry at the start of the programme and often adjusts the duration, the programmes are still very long. Most programmes can be shortened in two steps. What I miss is a more detailed description of the programme sequences in the manual, especially things like the number of rinses. I really don't feel like sitting by the machine and watching what it's doing, given the length of the programmes. To use all the available programmes, you first need to connect the machine to the app and then 'make visible' the programmes in the machine's settings. I was quite lost with that at the beginning. You can sort the programmes directly on the machine by popularity, save individual settings for programmes, and hide unused ones. The control dial is nice, but sometimes you have to click it twice, or conversely, it clicks twice on its own when you don't want it to. The touch buttons around the display respond well. For some programmes, the temperature range is insufficient, e.g., curtains only cold or 30 degrees, and for cotton, there are no finer settings like 50 or 75 degrees. A bit of steam comes out of the opening above the door, under the Total Fresh label, at higher temperatures, which tends to condense on the top edge of the door and on the control panel. This opening is apparently connected to an opening in the upper part of the door seal. So be careful if you have inquisitive little ones, so they don't get scalded. That seems poorly designed to me. In general, the point of the Total Fresh system is a bit lost on me. For example, the manual says to close the door after the wash is finished and the laundry is removed. That's obviously nonsense, and any service technician will tell you that you're just setting yourself up for serious mould, bad smells, and, over time, corrosion of the drum spider. The Total Fresh programme is supposed to prevent this by drying the machine with forced ventilation. However, it takes about 8 hours. Isn't it just easier to leave the door open after the wash? Similarly, I don't understand why the included 'sealing' strip should be stuck to the underside of the machine's base. The base is completely enclosed and made of sheet metal, so such a thing can have absolutely no effect on the noise level. It's also a shame that there's no metal spanner for locking the adjustable feet, or a plastic elbow for the waste hose when you need to hang it on the bath. These are penny items that wouldn't kill the manufacturer but would please the customer. What is, on the other hand, really robustly made are the transport locking bars. However, if they could be snapped into plastic holders on the back of the machine after removal (again, a penny item), it would be even better. The overall experience is good despite these shortcomings, but of course, more will be revealed over time.
very nice design on the washing machine
The materials feel high-quality (especially considering the price of the product)
good washing results
large laundry capacity, considering the dimensions
pleasant user interface
drum lighting
for me, the lack of an automatic laundry detergent dosing system
well-designed 4-chamber detergent drawer (no leftover powder, gel or fabric softener)
The direct spray system doesn't run for the entire duration of the programme.
most programmes can be shortened in two steps
The washing machine is made in Europe - Slovenia
I expected it to be a little bit quieter
The Total Fresh system's function is debatable
The waste hose is short and, according to the manual, cannot be extended (of course, it can be, as long as you meet certain conditions).
The basic programmes are ridiculously long, e.g. white cotton at 60 degrees takes over 4 hours, and with extra functions, it can easily be 5.
no "quick" programmes, e.g. cotton 40 degrees / 1 hour for lightly soiled laundry
You can't set a delayed programme start, only a delayed finish.
The manual lacks a more detailed description of the progress of individual programmes.
The Czech localisation for the mobile app is a bit shoddy.
The glass on the door is too dark; without the light on, you can't really see what's happening inside the washing machine.
The display brightness could be higher
It would be nice to have a separate button on the control panel for the drum light.

So far we're happy with the washing machine, it washes as it should. It's not noisy but it's not the quietest either - we had a new LG washing machine which was a little bit quieter. It's not yet possible to assess its reliability given how long we've been using it.
clear display in Czech
The versatility of the program settings.
lovely design
plastic top panel (won't corrode)
You can't shorten the washing time for individual programmes.
When installing the washing machine, you have to attach a foam strip to the bottom, which means laying the washing machine on its side at home.
The drum is secured by two large steel rods, which you're then left with at home.

We've only had the washing machine for a little while but so far we're satisfied. The only negative was the installation service which we paid extra for… I definitely do not recommend that.

The washing machine is really quiet, even during the spin cycle. I find the controls simple. The drum light is probably unnecessary, but it looks great :)

This is a new model of Gorenje washing machine, so there weren't many reviews available. On the other hand, for its drum capacity (9kg), it has a brilliant depth (54cm) and a nice design typical of Gorenje Hisense. For a fraction of the price, it offers features that you'd find on a Miele, for example – a large colour display, easy controls, a mobile app, and drum lighting. For us, it's a brilliant washing machine.
quiet - you can practically only hear the water in the drum
Large number of wash programmes, easy to use.
large colour display
modern design
controlled via phone - ConnectLife app
drum lighting - two colours (blue, bright white)
