I've been suffering from terrible fatigue lately, my nails have gotten worse, and I've had trouble sleeping. Every now and then I took a sip of magnesia and immediately felt better, so I figured I must be low on minerals 🤷🏼♂️ 😁. especially the magnesium, and I guess it really was. I also had calf cramps, while I include stretching regularly after exercise, I guess I was really low on magnesium. I can study longer, I don't get tired as much, I want to play more sports, and I have more energy in general. Of course, it can be a psychological effect, but there is definitely a positive effect of this dietary supplement.
