The glasses are great for both gaming and work, you have to get used to the diopter, on the contrary it helps your eyes to relax from the constant focusing on the monitor. The yellow colouring of the slides, on the other hand, is welcome, as the yellow helps the eyes from monitor fatigue even more, as does the yellow undertone of the monitor. The only disadvantage, as already mentioned here, is that the slides are really extremely difficult to clean, rather it's not very good and you have to settle for smudges in the edges.

Polishing those cheap plastic slides is a superhuman task!
I didn't notice any rest for my eyes.
Amber glass, it distorts the colors a lot!
The word GUNAR right on the slide, it must have been invented by a really intelligent person.
The whole frames look like they're about to fall apart.
An unfortunate purchase indeed!

I got used to 0.2 diopters for the first 2 days, after all it' s something the eyes weren' t used to, but once they get used to it, it' s really more comfortable to look through glasses. I sit at the computer for many hours a day and thanks to the glasses I feel less tired and more efficient.
