They really have a blue light filter (such filters also block part of the green spectrum and the darker parts appear purple)
Dioptre +0.2(0.25? ) they help to relax strained eyes during longer looking at the screen (although I don't need diopters)
They could have glass lenses (they have polycarbonate ones)
