I bought the hood for its high performance among these types and the possibility of cleaning the filters in the dishwasher. The only downside is probably the halogen light, which I don't use anyway because I have full LED kitchen lighting. The light also has a fragile cover, so I managed to break off two of the four paws while cleaning.
