A steel knife will sharpen it. But it takes practice
It won't budge with a ceramic knife. Completely useless to me.

After sharpening one knife, I threw the sharpener in the garbage. He broke down. It's not Alza's fault, it's Guzzanti's fault. Two hundred and fifty crowns wasn't worth the claims process to me.
