The food that we put in it was still frozen and after 8 hours in the car (the cooling was running) we took it out still frozen
The option of mains operation is definitely useful (but it is noisy, it runs a bit slower on 12V and then it's OK)
It is really noisy when operating from the mains (fan and resonating plastics)
ECO mode doesn't really cool at all, maybe 3°C, measured with a thermometer when operating in the room, completely useless function
Everything that has been written about the inappropriate design of the handle is valid. When open it covers the finger recess to open the lid, when closed it breaks the connected cable. Of course, it is possible to live with it, but it would be enough to turn the handle: -(
The lid is non-removable. If something goes wrong or maybe falls into the fan, it's for brute force or for throwing away.
