The main reason for choosing this product was the sharp tips for skewering rolls and the relatively high quality materials. All judged from photos and descriptions on the internet. But for the price I expected a better processed product (sharp edges of metal parts). But the biggest problem I have is with the thermostat. I am quite embarrassed about the thermostat and really don't know what to think about it and am considering a complaint. If the thermostat is working properly and it is set that way from the factory, the engineers from Guzzanti probably don't make hot dogs on this machine during company parties. And if I'm using it wrong, they could be a little more forthcoming and descriptive in the instructions.

So I have to keep turning the thermostat to keep the sausages warm and not crack when I keep them in there longer. When I turn the dial so that the light comes on - the water is still boiling and my sausages are bursting. I was expecting that it just heats the pot to a certain temperature and after heating the water stops boiling, but it didn't. She cooked all the time. When I turn it back a little so that it goes out - the water doesn't boil at all. I guess it's heating up, but it's not enough to heat the sausages.
