The ice cream is absolutely great, you just have to mix it in the right proportions, we tried mixes from Opočno and homemade mixes.
If the ice cream is left in the machine for longer, it will overfreeze (the mixer will also freeze), so it's best to eat it all right away.

So far it works great, but the truth is that we tested it mainly on mixes from Opočno. Just once we did what we thought we were doing and he did it too.
They add an oversized scooping machine for regular cones. I'm a little dubious about the durability of the small engine.

You mix what you want (you know what you're putting in there)
Quite reasonably quiet operation
Despite a few operational shortcomings (see cons), definitely better than machines with a freezing bowl.
The ideal base mixture for me was - two full-fat whipping cream, one full-fat cottage cheese in a tub, a scoop of sugar, a scoop of whole milk. Then season to desired flavor and blend the whole mixture in a food processor until smooth (I blend on low to dissolve the sugar). At the same time, this amount comes out to about half of the container in the machine.
It seems to me that it only cools from the bottom of the container, so after the mixing is finished, the mixture is quite thick at the bottom and thin at the top, it would need some kind of whisk that would be helix-shaped and would lift the mixture from the bottom up while mixing to distribute the cold evenly.
If you put too much filling in the container, the mixture is not solidified even in two hours - I put about half of it now and it's just right (as it freezes, it gets to the top anyway and there is enough of it in the end)
The engine is weak. When the mixture starts to solidify, the engine stops - it doesn't pull the mixture even though it is obviously trying to - it looks like there is no fuse, at that point the engine is getting quite hot, yet the mixture is not yet stiff enough to make it kick.
For the previous reasons, I put it in the freezer - just an hour and it's great.
