I like protein the most as a sprinkle on red fruit smoothie bowls. It's worse with the consistency in the protein shake, when it really slightly scratches the throat (as they write in other reviews). Personally, though, I don't think it's such a horror that this protein deserves 1 star from local reviewers. Just set it with 50% more water and it will scrape less. At the beginning you get scared, but then you get used to it. The ideal is to just drink it in one go and then wash it down with plain water - solved. I am satisfied and will order regularly.
great taste (not overly intense or overly sweet like other proteins, no chemical aftertaste)
super ratio of the 3 best plant proteins (for a great ratio of fibre, amino acids, minerals and vitamins)
price compared to other vegetable proteins
very fine powder, which is easy to inhale accidentally as a sprinkle on food (so you need to be careful)
coarser consistency (it scratches the throat when drinking, but it's nothing terrible)
