Nice and very soft mat, suitable for yoga and strength training and more. It doesn't slip, or only a little (compared to my previous mat) and the anti-slip is sufficient for most yoga positions. Its height and softness makes it less stackable than thinner pads, but that's understandable (personally I don't mind it, I just find it ok to mention it). What I am not satisfied with is the attached strap - it is already too loose and does not hold in place, i.e. the loops of the strap come together and over time, due to use, they will loosen up even more, or they will no longer be usable at all.
