It's working as it should. For TV channels that chop or choppy, the amplification has completely corrected this and the channels play without problems.
This was the case when I needed to plug two receivers into one TV socket. One worked without any problems and when I used a regular hub without power and with attenuation, it cubed. After replacing with this hub everything is ok. It was more likely that there would be some attenuation due to the longer TV signal lead, otherwise we have a good quality TV signal.
For use when the signal quality is really poor I can't say if this amp would help.
