Good quality thermometer, perfect size for your hand. The measurement is quite accurate for this type of thermometer. I definitely appreciate the fact that it is not measured in one place only, but across the middle of the forehead, especially with young children I have experienced that the temperature at the temple and in the middle of the forehead is usually significantly different. I definitely get more accurate results that way. Overall, I am satisfied with the thermometer.

What I like most about the thermometer is the color resolution in the temperature readings. In fever, it turns red. It senses the temperature from the middle of the forehead to the temple, so the measured value may be slightly higher. The blue light when taking the temperature to show if you are measuring correctly is fine, but at night it sometimes disturbs the little patient.

The proximity thermometer arrived well packaged. The package contained the thermometer including batteries, case and Czech instruction (it is advisable to keep it because of possible error messages). Use is quite simple, side button to toggle people/things measurement, turn on, put 3-5cm to the measured spot, after pressing Scan you see a blue beam on the spot and within 2s the value on the backlit display. Measurement without sound signal, display lights red at high temperature. Memory for 10 measurements. We have shortly, I am satisfied with the measurement, no big deviations.

It's probably the first non-contact thermometer that measures really accurately and quietly, which I appreciate especially at night when I don't have to wake my daughter up. I also use Veroval to measure bath water or Nutrilon. Overall, its operation is simple and intuitive. The only downside for me is the light when taking measurements, which sometimes wakes my daughter up, but that may not bother everyone. For me, it's a great product and I definitely recommend getting one for anyone with a young child.
