For someone who does not care about the actual height of the balloon, the product may be suitable.

Quickly settled the complaint - my money was refunded.
After full inflation the ball was only about 56 cm in height. I needed the declared height in the product description, so I complained.
With the included pump, the inflation of the repair went very slowly. Eventually, my husband took it with a compressor.
