considerable saves in energy, works great, very fast response from the counter, long battery life of the thermostat, works with very old heating units and rotary thermostats (but needs power to run - 2 extra wires)
very slow gateway - takes a long time to login, limited number of steps to add to the schedule, limited commands/integration with Alexa
