Very low lifetime. Problems already during the warranty period and shortly after the warranty expired, the washing machine finally broke down.
We've had the washing machine for about two and a half years. Two repairs under warranty - display broke, door broke. After the warranty expired, the wringing problems started, then it was found to be a bearing problem, the belt was falling off. Today we finally took the washing machine to the collection yard - the repair would have cost more than half the price of a new washing machine. We really do not recommend this product.

Detailed instructions are missing. This would come in very handy when you can't connect your smartphone to your washing machine like I can.
Quiet engine
Fortunately, Alza has a detailed manual freely downloadable, but unfortunately it doesn't address anything. The described method of connection does not correspond at all.
The touchscreen control is not very intuitive, the instructions explain in detail, but the washing machine does its own thing, because the display from the 1990s does not keep up with today's demands.
The start of the wringing is accompanied by the drum smashing against the metal sidewall á la tatramat
No one answered the Hoover info line after a week, no one answers the hotline.
BEWARE of removing the fixings on the back of the washing machine - in my case, two plastic fixings were stuck inside the washing machine, hunting is not easy.

I have had the washing machine in operation for a month, so far I am satisfied with both the washing and the short cycle program. It is also suitable for mobile control via the app, there are several washing programs to choose from. Consumption not yet verified - still a grey bar in the app. Before buying and after reading the reviews, you just had to prepare everything a little - the application and registration with the manufacturer and after about 20 minutes everything started to work as it should. I'm curious about the extended warranty both here (4years) and at the manufacturer (5years + 11years on the engine), but it's too early for that yet.
