The price/performance ratio is terrible, but the price/dopamine is great, so full marks. Yeah, and they're nice and sassy. I don't even miss the vibration, that's what I was most afraid of. I only play in handheld mode.
I mean, if you like it, I recommend it, so I don't suffer the guilty conscience for the most overpriced piece of plastic I own.

Wow effect, really very comfortable and accurate like the Pro Controller. The levers may even be nicer than on the Pro Controller.
You won't want to hold classic joycons anymore
A mappable button on each side, which I basically instantly mapped to L3/R3 (analog stick presses), which a lot of games use for running. It makes a huge difference in comfort.
A must have if you play a lot in handheld mode.
The cons are depending on what you want out of it, for me the pros far outweigh the cons.
It doesn't have vibration, gyroscope or accelerometer, so you can't play games that depend critically on those sensors. As far as I'm concerned, it's not a big deal
It does not have its own battery, so it does not work when disconnected from the console.
Related to the previous point. You have to turn on the switch with the power button on the switch itself. Pressing home on the controller will not turn it on, because in the off/relaxed state the controller has no power.
