I was really looking forward to this book, it's my 3rd on this topic and about my fiftieth on self-improvement. Unfortunately, I didn't understand at all what this is about. There's maybe 5% about "burnout syndrome", and sadly, nothing new; what is in here, you can easily pick up from everyday life. The rest is the author's list of "what I know, what interests me", and I absolutely wouldn't know from this how not to burn out, or how to live. Sometimes I was reading and had no idea what was going on, or what the author was trying to say. Before I decided to write what is probably my first book review, I read reviews on other e-shops and I'm glad there are a few individuals who, like me, didn't understand what this is actually about (I've never had a problem with other, more demanding books). A huge disappointment.
Probably nothing.
I didn't learn anything new here
Book title = there's almost nothing like that in there
