I bought as unpacked but even so I would not expect that there are no WIFI drivers installed. Touchpad, Sound card etc.. The drivers on the HP website did not work directly for this type. So you have to search the internet forums ( on another device where the internet works ), after installing the drivers for WIFI everything is then downloaded automatically. I was still puzzled that the BIOS must change the operation of the FN key, it was turned FN + F. I do not know if these errors are directly product or when it was bought as unpacked so some technician from Alza took it from the ground and deleted what he could. So far everything is working fine after installation.
