I am completely satisfied with the printer. Its compact design fits perfectly in my office. The printer works wirelessly, so no additional cable is needed other than the power supply. Thanks to the connection with the HP application, you can set up useful shortcuts, scan to email, etc.

The first time I complained because the blue color didn't print. The second time I complained because the printer thought the ink cartridges were not communicating with the printer. Problem solved until I plugged the printer back into the network at home. The problem with communication between the printer and the cartridge persists. The printer refuses to print at all anymore.
I would complain a third time, but I know that Alza would only offer me a replacement, which I really don't want in this case.
Worst printer I've ever encountered.

A new printer will probably be OK, I bought a returned, used one with no signs of damage, however non-functional. The printer doesn't print any document, it just makes smudges on the paper.

Expensive toner. What you save on the printer, you pay for in toner.
When set up it repeatedly forces a login via HP account. You can use the printer without it, but it is very annoying during installation.
We were unlucky to have a defective piece. He didn't print blue at all and instead of black it was brown. The complaint was quick, but they resolved it with a refund, which sucks when it costs 500 CZK more.
