Compared to earlier bipartisanship, such a step forward and backward. Duplex is already smart, so when you set up to print on the blank side of the paper, the one page you have to print in the printer doesn't actually turn over and end up on the side you don't want. Compared to earlier printers, it will probably report errors not only when the paper is jammed, according to the experience gained so far.
Fast, automatic duplex printer
For me, as an accountant, the huge advantage of open access to paper for inserting shorter papers for prepayments etc.
Unlike the HP LJ 135a, which always jammed after shorter papers, it handles printing on smaller formats well
Economical in energy consumption
It's not "ethical", so you don't need to create an account to work with it.
A nice size in the context of double-sided multifunctions.
The automatically installed sw did not include the scanner. It was then a struggle to install a driver that had it in it (not counting the generic HP scan driver where the user scans jpg's into one-sided files)
Inability to get compatible toners (there are toner offers without chip, but I have no reliable information that swapping the chip would 100% ensure functionality)
After a couple of days of use it suddenly stopped printing, reported an error (by number), the description of which I could not find in the manual, and on the HP website there was a statement to the effect that such an error can sometimes simply report (no, what is it). It only started printing after several disconnections and fretting about what was going on and whether it would be able to resume printing.

Tiskarma has great potential to be much better than it is. It's kind of a weak average, nothing special. It prints double-sided, attaches to virtually anything and anywhere, scans from glass. It's a laser, so it won't dry out, logically printing is in black and white with a CB printer.
The problem is with the necessity to use their powerful HP Smart software, which HP is now using everywhere. When you don't use it, you don't scan to PDF, but only to JPG. When you print via HP Smart, you slow down the first page print very significantly.
So I recommend to use classic drivers and use HP Smart only for scanning or avoid them altogether.
If you decide to use HP Smart, you have the option to refuse the sending of information and tracking of you, or not to fill in the registration of your phone. It has never worked for me when rejecting (tested on about 6 printers), so you have no other option even if it is offered to you.
very often you can't install HP Smart if the registration doesn't work at HP, it bothers you all the time that it's not installed, but not your fault and it's very difficult to get out of it. So create a drive account before you install the printer and then just log in.
Overall, the printer is usable quite well, but the software around it is a disaster and I did not expect it from HP.

It doesn't have an ADF scanner (it's clear to me that this model doesn't have it, but I'm mentioning it for the sake of reference for others)
Occasional need to restart the printer to reconnect the network both LAN and WiFi connection does the same, but it's not that bad
It does not have a refilled toner for this model, who wants it with a similar printer of the same series, HP has it in the offer.

prints quickly when connected, no problem to print anything from phone or pc
absolutely horrible software, constantly disconnects, it's a pain to reboot. Buy a different brand, HP is crap
