High quality fast printer with automatic duplex printing, scanning and copying. However, the SW is literally a tragedy. Setting up and running the printer requires some knowledge, and even that is no guarantee that everything will work as it should right away. The scanning software is literally terrible and was probably created some 30 years ago. There's no point even installing the HP Smart app. It's just a waste of time. If you can overcome all the pitfalls of initial installation and the intricacies of setup, this is a standard networked office laser printer. If I had to decide again, I wouldn't buy it again. Unfortunately, the HP brand is not what it once was.
It does what it's supposed to do - print, scan, copy
Duplex automatic printing and scanning
Very difficult, lengthy and sometimes illogical setup
Tendency to open some items in the web interface only in MSIE (Edge, Chrome report error)
Constantly logging out of the web interface every few minutes, which is really very annoying during the initial setup
Not everything is explained clearly and sufficiently in the user manual
HP Smart Admin interface virtually useless, and partially non-functional
HP Smart app is unusable
Unfortunately, the support pages are often broken
