I chose the laptop based on previous reviews and experiences. I needed a small, lightweight yet powerful laptop for work. I take the train and need something where I won't be in the way of other passengers on a small table. At the same time, I wanted a lightweight laptop that wouldn't get in the way on longer trips. So far, it looks like the laptop meets these parameters.
Quiet
Good performance. Supposedly some AAA games can run on it
Small laptop size, ideal for the train
Lightweight, lighter than my previous one
The battery should last a long time
The screen looks like it won't shine
Classic headphone jack
A bunch of junk software that I had to uninstall
The laptop doesn't look so solid
Some may be bothered by the "bakelite" look
The sound from the speakers is weird (but that doesn't bother me, I buy it for work, not for watching movies)
