If you have a gaming PC (I have a 1080 gtx) then for the price of 10100, a good buy. Or a tribute to wait for the next generation. The tracking of controllers is a big shame, but you can adapt your playing style to it or make a Frankenstein out of a dongle, a base station (vive, index) and a controller, for example index. overkill for me. I' m fine with what I got. I' m still buying a replaceable attachment for the face to have a larger FOV in the Czech Republic, Danol used to do it (not anymore, but you can ask).
quality, image sharpness + (not like quest 2)
PC connection (dvi - not like quest 2)
sound quality, microphone
quality and comfortable hold on the head (not like quest 2)
lots of fun for little money
3D printed attachments can be purchased to expand the FOV (great community)
light
cable available (not like quest 2)
flashlight - you can turn on the view through the glasses
drivers, 2x AA for one, recommended 1.5 V +
The controller vibrates like a child' s toy, that' s why I turned it off (quest 2 has a much more pleasant one)
Controllers get lost here and there (blind spots), I adapt my playing style to it (I try to live with it) e. g. if I' m actively holding a gun in the Pavlov game, then where I' m looking is where I' m aiming. If I were to stand and look around, then want to aim somewhere, it is possible that the controller at waist level is lost and the subsequent aiming of the weapon in front of me can go a little crazy for a while. just adapt: ), no problem when playing while sitting

Beautifully sharp image (VR conditions)
Lightweight and comfortable
Reliable tracking, at least for Beat Saber
Good sound
HTC Vive drivers fit better in your hand (can be subjective)

Picture perfect
The functionality with WMR is very good and it is great to be able to have virtual environments where you can create different desktops, browsers, etc.
Steam VR integration and WMR works without problems
Controller tracking is excellent, don't be discouraged by the various reviews
Overall the quality of the headset is excellent: comfortable for long playing, lightweight, audio is charming
The only negative I can see is the quality of the construction of the controllers, during intense gaming the flashlight covers can seem unsealed. With prolonged play and sweaty palms it can slip. It can be solved with ALVR grips from Amazon. But it is not a problem that would limit the full use. Still, overall I recommend it: )

My advice: who wants VR, so wait for the next generation, relatively usable in terms of parameters looks Pimax Vision 8K (super large FOV) but we are already priced somewhere else and allegedly do not have such a sharp image as it would seem from the resolution. + for full use of Pixamax 8k need the best GPU (3080 and above). I recommend watching the interview with D. Vávra on YouTube on the topic of VR in the show Real Talk (time 1:19:00) - he accurately captured the essence of the problems of current VR headsets
easy to use - no external motion detectors
good driver tracking compared to reviews
progress over previous generations of VR (but still not enough)
it has a future (have to wait a couple of generations of headsets and new gpu's that can do 8k at 165 Hz)
quite light
very good sound
small FOV - almost like looking through two pipes
despite full resolution it is not acceptable - jagged edges of objects, simple graphics (roughly like in games around 2001)
relatively sharp only in a very small area in the centre of the glasses
at a time when we're used to 4k on TV/monitors, this is just low image quality (I don't want to see what the Valve index and other glasses look like with even lower resolution than this
even the significantly more expensive HTC vive pro 2 which has a few hundred lines higher resolution and more Hz is still not enough in my opinion
glasses although I reluctantly returned within 14 days because it is still simply too little in terms of quality for quite a lot of money
maybe a subjective impression but after 15 minutes eye pain sets in and I have no problem with looking at the monitor/TV all day

High resolution = beautiful, clear picture
Very decent colours and contrast for an LCD (Vive Pro 2 is a bit better though)
Lightweight and comfortable design
I think the price is good
Good audio solution - same as Valve Index
Occasionally the driver tracking hiccups a bit, but nothing terrible
Very small FOV (about 98 horizontal, 90 vertical) - but still a bit better than Quest 2
However, to get a better FOV it is a good idea to buy a "wide FOV face gasket" (from eBay for example) - it costs a few hundred crowns
