After about 6 months of use, the blades were destroyed, the shredder stopped working properly, therefore sent for warranty.
After a month in the complaint centre, the goods were returned with a statement from the technician, among others: “. damaged cutting blades due to heavy overloading. This damage cannot be accepted as a warranty repair. Clearly the customer needs a more powerful machine. Cannot be accepted under warranty" The shredder has not been overused, but it has been used, which seems to bother it. If you want a nice looking shredder, this is a good choice. But if you want to use it, I would definitely avoid this product. See also the high percentage of complaints, which is an indication of something. By the way, I didn't see a specification of maximum usage anywhere when I bought it - it only seems to specify service as an excuse for rejecting a claim. I would still consider going through a forensic expert to confirm poor workmanship.

The waste bin may seem large, but the shredding head takes up about a third of the depth, so the indication of a full bin comes sooner than you'd expect. If you are shredding a large number of documents, you have to dump the shredded pulp every now and then, but for normal shredding this is probably not a problem.
