The headphones in blue look nice (they are too shiny for my taste, so they look a bit like earrings in my ears)
The workmanship is premium, both the box and its hinge look expensive.
Here we come (in my case) to the stumbling block. This is the fit in the ears and the comfort itself. The headphones are very comfortable in the ears, you almost don't know about them. Unfortunately, these headphones are not made for my ears. Every ten minutes or so that I had the headphones in my ears, I had to compare and rotate them to get a good fit. And when I smiled a little more, the headphones fell out almost immediately.
A bit more complicated is the pairing to a non-Huawei phone (Galaxy A52 5G). One has to download AppGallery, then the AI Life app, create an account with Huawei, and then start using the headset.
Speaking of the app. The latter is not quite adapted to (at this time) the latest Android 13. The app doesn't register touches here and there, crashes a couple of times, then refuses to load headphones even when they are normally connected to the phone. Unfortunately, the app lacks gesture customisation (you can either turn it off completely or use predefined functions. But I personally liked them). On the other hand, pairing to the Windows computer was without problems. Even the multipoint connection worked fine.
As far as sound is concerned, I didn't encounter any problems here. The sound was clear, bassy (but not overly so). The way I like it. And they've only tried the AAC codec. I believe that through a higher quality LDAC the sound would be even a level higher.
Ambient noise cancellation was strong, yet without pressure in the ears. I also had no problem with the throughput mode.
I also have no reservations about the endurance. The headphones charged surprisingly quickly and I believe the user is able to get to the claimed 30 hours even with the box. Would I recommend these headphones for 3600?
If you're someone who likes quality sound, controlling the headphones with the feet, yes.
For everyone else, I would rather not recommend them. Personally, I had to return these headphones because of the inappropriate size and I bought Sony LinkBuds S, which fit my ears much better and offer more features, in a clearer and more fine-tuned application. And I don't regret it; )

I bought the headphones out of curiosity as an upgrade from the 1st generation Freebuds Pro, where I had a bit of a problem with the design and control of the headphones. And after 2 weeks I have to say that the Freebuds Pro 2 are great headphones and I' m happy with them. The design and shape of the headphones is more pleasant and the box is smaller compared to the 1st generation. They fit perfectly in the ears, do not press at all and are light, so the ears do not hurt. Even the control is better, but not perfect, at least in my case. As the headphones are smaller, you have to hit well to get the headphones to do what you want, but it' s more about practice. My bigger hands are also to blame. And with both the 1st and 2nd generation headphones, I feel that the controls on the right earbud are not as precise as the left, but maybe that' s just my feeling. And the long-press commands for ANC/ambient sounds seem unnecessarily long to me (approx. 3 seconds), but that' s a pain in the ass. And sometimes, when pressed for a long time, it happens that the button remains pressed, but it immediately clicks out and it does not affect the function. However, the sound of the headphones itself cannot be faulted. The sound is clear, detailed, the bass is also clear and expressive. Compared to the 1st generation, there is a noticeable difference, not fundamental for an ordinary person, but it is there. I can only compare the ANC and Ambient Mode against the 1st generation Freebuds Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, but of the three, the Freebuds Pro 2 definitely have the best ANC and Ambient Mode. The ambient sound mode sounds almost natural and clean, it just increases the volume of the surroundings a little, but it is sometimes difficult to understand people when there is something louder around. The app does offer a voice mode to amplify voices, but it also amplifies everything else and it' s annoying when there' s other noise around, so I don' t even turn it on.
The absolute minimum can be heard on the street with ANC, and the headphones handle the wind beautifully. ANC has 3 modes, between which the headphones can switch automatically. I just find it strange that the lowest ANC level called “Pleasant“, which is for the least noisy places, does a better job at canceling noise than the highest ANC level called “Ultra“, as if the ANC strength levels were reversed. I observe this phenomenon in the production hall, where the machine is humming. And as for the durability of the headphones, both the headphones and the box last less than their 1st generation, which is due to their size, although they should last the same time, according to the manufacturer. I use headphones at work, always with ANC, for 12 hours. shift and the first generation I always charged only once per shift, but I usually charge the 2nd generation two or three times per shift. However, the endurance is sufficient for normal use outside of work, walking around the city or in nature. I personally recommend the Freebuds Pro 2 and I' m glad I upgraded from the 1st generation because Huawei has really improved the headphones in terms of shape, sound and more, but there are always things that need improvement.
