If you want to use internet banking on this mobile phone, be careful, you won' t download it in Huawei AppGallery! In order to be able to use the applications of most Czech banks, you must download GSpace, then Google Play in it, and then you will download some applications, which then work only in isolation in the GSpace environment. I managed to install the Equa Bank and Air Bank application in this way, Unicredit can be downloaded but does not work in GSpace (interestingly, the Italian internet banking Unicredit can be downloaded directly in the AppGallery). PIDlítačka also works for me in GSpace. I noticed that for example ČS (George), KB, mBank applications can be downloaded directly in Huawei AppGallery. Banks and retailers could ensure that more Czech applications, such as banking, can be downloaded from Huawei AppGallery.

Almost all apps crash. The Alza app doesn't work either. Nor Chrome, YouTube, HorizonTV, Netflix. Once started, they simply close after a few seconds. What can be done about this please?

The phone is nothing special, for me wasted money, in this price range there are much better phones of other brands - with better software. Unfortunately the phone disappointed me a lot, the absence of Google apps is such a detail that no seller boasts much, my fault I neglected research, because so far I was satisfied with the huawei brand. Doesn't support Google apps - the biggest negative for me if you're used to using Google and apps related to it
The camera is poorly responsive, in poorer lighting conditions it shoots poorly, the camera shutter does not respond to the first press, the phone takes a long time to focus and sometimes the photo can not be taken as one would like, when it finally responds the photo is blurry or otherwise destroyed.
