I have an overactive bladder, out of curiosity I tried Huggies diapers instead of classic incontinence ones and I was pleasantly surprised. They don' t hold much, but for light spillage they are also suitable for adults if you don' t mind the childish design. On the contrary, I like that they are discreet and dry are hardly visible even under tighter jeans.
Also suitable for older and bigger people (I am 67 kg and they are fine for me), quite comfortable
