I first bought this mouse in 2000, it lasted me a year, then I couldn't change the RGB on it otherwise it ran normally, two days ago it left me, lasted me about 3 years, I couldn't find it again because they changed the name, now I've rediscovered it and I'm buying it again.

This is my third identical mouse in a row. Still the same problem - microswitch under the wheel. Two previous mice have failed. Otherwise the mouse is great, fits nicely in a larger hand, easy to change DPI - great for games when you don't want to fiddle with settings. RGB backlighting is not aggressive - rather a nice room diversification. Unfortunately, the kids are not very interested - so they fight for the mouse: -).

I bought a HyperX pulsefire surge mouse. when I plugged in the mouse everything worked great. The next morning I turned on the computer, all the accessories started to light up, but only the microphone was displayed in the NGENUITY application. The mouse did nothing. I tried resetting it to factory settings but nothing. I tried uninstalling the HyperX NGENUITY software. When I started the application, everything was displayed and could be set. Everything works, everything lights up, but the mouse doesn' t work (the buttons work, the lights on it are on, but the cursor doesn' t respond). )

I currently owned three mice of this variant and each time my wheel went out. At the third, my sensor left after two days of use. Recently, it seems to me that hyperX has long been making quality products, but that' s just the opinion.

The mouse served quite well except that 2 months after the warranty period expired it broke down. I haven't seen one of these in 20 years, the sensor on the underside broke. The buttons work, you just can't move the mouse. It's quite expensive for having worked for such a short time. I won't buy one of these again.
