After each smaller piece of lean beef, I had to disassemble the grinder, because it was stuffed, the meat did not crawl through the largest ridge. More meat crawled through the screw threads than he actually had. I don' t know if it' s performance or what. the more you push it, the engine will go away or it will all crack.
