This docking station meets my expectations. This particular model does not know power delivery (charging the laptop), which is written in the parameters and everyone should count on it when buying. In my case, this is more of an advantage, as my laptop can' t be charged via USB-C. If you want this feature, i-tec also has a model that supports this feature and USB-C output. The station still works after several years, there has never been a problem. For me, this is the best choice for home office equipment.

It's working like it's supposed to. Personal laptop only USB 3.0, work laptop has USB-C/Thunderbolt3. At last I can use only one cable and not a thousand and one.
Comfort for W10 without installation, except for the working one, it was limited, but solved.
