I have the dock for a short time, but everything works as it should (I purchased i-tec USB-C HDMI DP Docking Station + i-tec Universal Charger 112 W). Including connected monitor, power delivery, sound, USB TV card, disc. Unlike the buyers with negative experiences, I don't believe this is a poorly made or designed dock, just users who don't have advanced knowledge of the W10-11 OS, whose rather inept powermanagement causes the problems described in the reviews with negative experiences (including complaints). I use the dock with a Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G4 ABA. For the record. I do not notice any flickering, grunting, or other disturbing noises.
Recommendation:
- Power the NB through the dock with a power supply strong enough to cover both the NB and the dock with all the attached junk.
- After connecting the dock to the NB and installing it, I recommend opening Device Manager and identifying all the HW components of the dock. For all that allow it, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power".

After buying it, everything worked fine for a while, then it started shutting down spontaneously. I have complained about the product. The complaint was acknowledged and the station repaired. After the repair, it worked again for a while, and then the monitor started flashing randomly. I am currently claiming for the second time.
Given the reviews from other people as well, I'm afraid it won't just be a defect of one piece. So I definitely don't recommend it.
Enough ports for the price
The on button must be held for 2 seconds
When plugged into the network without laptop it beeps, after connecting NB the beeping stops

After disconnection from NTB, it shuts down even if it is powered via usb c. And you need to turn it on by long pressing the button. I would expect the dock to plug in my PC and start doing things.

Unable to connect two monitors on Mac
If it is idle for a long time, it will turn itself off, then you can wonder why you can' t see the monitor
The monitor flashes sporadically during operation. It can really get annoying when everything disappears for 30 seconds 3 times a day in the middle of work.
