Sometimes it gets so crazy on the sights that it's impossible. For example, 10 times the maximum power of the appliance. Sometimes it simply stops measuring and does not start until you manually pull it out of the slide and plug it back in. I don't think it's a defective piece, it's just unreliable like that. Here you can see the fridge where 13.3. it's stuck and the screenshot is from 17.3.

Pretty strong coil whine in all five sockets I have at home. Older people may not hear it, but it may be uncomfortable for some. I wouldn't put it in the bedroom.
