Two of the three sockets have stopped responding, they won't start, nothing helps. Huge problems with the complaint. Eventually, thanks to comments from the CTIA, the claim was accepted, but originally they wanted to send all three because of one faulty socket, so that they could supposedly carry out diagnostics on the one faulty one
