I put two pieces into operation, the first works as described, only sometimes the “Camera offline“ application reports almost all day. Hard to say why, because the cloud ecosystem does not allow any diagnostics. The second camera did not start, reporting that it failed to connect. During the experiments, I found that one SIM card simply does not connect. The PIN was switched off and both cards worked in the phone and LTE without any problems. Both cards were from “Cactus“ from different periods, the only visible difference was in the display of the network on the mobile, where the broken card reported as “T-mobile Cactus“ and functional only as “Cactus“ I do not know where the error is, but it is possible that there are other SIMs that the camera does not work with. The second camera has been running for a week, so it' s hard to say if it will strike from time to time.
Meanwhile, the solar panel manages to recharge the battery
Where mains power and connectivity other than LTE are not one of the few solutions

can' t download video from the card over the cable, the video card is stored in an exotic codec, they probably want the user to pay for cloud storage
Activation only by PIR sensor, but this is the only option with battery power. The camera only turns on for the necessary time. You might want to enable video detection while providing adequate power
