I recommend at least a Ryzen 7900X and a modern power supply. I tried to run with 3800X and after the upgrade got more than double the performance in games in ultra quality and resolution.

It's a really big card, but I was buying it for a new PC with a big case, so it didn't bother me. It uses a new power connector that is poorly designed and there are cases in the world where it has melted (a combination of design and user error). Again, this was a new PC, so I bought a power supply that has this connector right out of the box. I've got it properly wetted and not bent too much and all is well. You just need to be careful with this connector.
Compared to AMD's new and exciting GPUs, it unfortunately has the old DisplayPort and that's the only thing that really makes me sad. For such a powerful card, a newer interface would be useful in the future when new interesting monitors come along. One has had such graphics for several years.
Otherwise, the internet is full of performance reviews - it's a brutally powerful solution at an even more brutal price. The price is also just brutal.
Compared to reference new AMD GPUs, it has no cooling problems, the cooler is powerful and quiet. Furthermore, it has no consumption problems in a multi-monitor setup with different frequencies (which is my case, two monitors - one 144 Hz and the other 60 Hz).
