Update after three months - I sold the processor because I no longer had the nerve. Temperatures were horrible, I had to keep looking for the best way to underclock it, I dealt with constant FPS stuttering, and I finally solved it by switching to AMD 7800x3D and I regret not doing it sooner because all these problems disappeared. Maybe I had the wrong piece, but I know this happens to more people. Worst Intel generation for me.
Combined with RTX 4080 total divider
I switched from an i9-9900K where temperatures were absolutely no problem, even at OC with an average cooler. The temperatures I'm getting with water cooling at 13700KF are utter nonsense (including the undervolt), and so I kind of maybe regret not waiting for the next generation or going to AMD instead

The processor runs at 5.3 to 5.4 GHz the maximum temperature is 100 degrees Celsius at more it does not let up and during normal work it is around 50-60 degrees Celsius. I have an adata DDR5 6000mhz and it works great. I have to recommend it to everyone.
