I cannot judge with regard to negatives
It only plays one handset - from the first pairing
According to the instructions, it cannot be set to the factory settings (which should solve the fact that only one handset plays)
Whenever you want to settle the earpiece in your ear, you accidentally touch the button that turns off the call.
