Before I bought the Intezze, I owned Niceboy headphones with half the price tag and they fit perfectly in my ears, the sound was a bit worse, but the battery lasted four years without any problems, they both played the same for the whole time I owned and used them. If this isn't the standard for seemingly "better" and more expensive headphones, I'll happily go back to cheaper and "worse" ones if they last me four times as long. I would also like to point out that my brother owned the exact same Intezze headphones at the same time (he bought them about half a year earlier) and he had exactly the same problems as I did, so I strongly doubt there is any defective piece. In short, after a year of intensive use, they are almost ready to be thrown away
They play quite nicely
Fast charging of both the headphones and the charging box
They mate pretty fast
They do play, but after about two months the left earpiece started to play a little less than the other, but nothing that couldn't be sustained
I purchased the headphones in May 2023, and in March 2024, the battery in the rechargeable box decided to charge the headphones once, twice at most (depending on the discharge of the headphones) and you can go plug the box back in.
The earbuds are replaceable, but they don't fit my ears very well and they slowly and surely start to loosen when I move my head other than stationary.

For me nice headphones with a sturdy case. They don't play badly if they decide to make it work. The constant connection problems unfortunately make them almost unusable.

constant connection problems. The headphones look like they are connected but there is no sound. I have to put it in the box and take it out again. After manual disconnection it cannot be reconnected. I have to put it back in the box and take it out again. Sometimes one goes wrong, sometimes both. I'll be making a claim shortly.
the touch pads are more of a detriment than a benefit, but some people might find it useful.

I really liked the quality of the headphones and the case
great listening, they play really well
good functionality, they connect quite quickly, once paired with a mobile phone or TV, they connect automatically and can be switched easily
unfortunately after a while they started to get bad with connecting and even after repair, so I finally returned them when Alza offered a refund, but maybe it was just a bad piece, I tend to buy them again.
