Overall, I am satisfied with the product so far. The floors that we have (parquet, tiles, marmoleum) mop just fine. It would probably have a problem with dried dirt, but I think it works well for regular mopping. We'll see in a while.

After opening the box, the product was unoriginally packaged - the original original label was torn and sealed with adhesive. But everything looked new, unused. Unfortunately, the snag came after the attempt to get it working. App downloaded, device paired. The device seemed ready for use. Procedure according to instructions - failed. Goods not working. The mop reports that it wants a full water tank when the wet mop brush is put on - filled, but still the same fault. The mop cannot be started. When the dry mop brush is fitted, the mop says it wants to close the lid - even with the lid closed, the mop cannot be started. Unfortunately, the device for almost 17 thousand is not working. Immediately returned for a claim - replacement of goods and we are waiting to see how ALZA will deal with it. Alza reclaimed and the next day the new goods were at home. everything works as it should.

It works as declared. It should be borne in mind that the way the machine works is somewhat different from a robotic vacuum cleaner. For perfect operation, according to practical experience, it requires a larger number of cycles for perfect mapping of the space.
