Thanks to the white colour, it blends beautifully with the sun visor and the car ceiling and does not look distracting
When driving in the dark, the blue flashing may bother some people. It doesn't dazzle in any way, it just CAN be slightly distracting sometimes (especially after a hard day)

I couldn't pair with HTC for a long time (the phone couldn't find Jabra even though they were side by side and both had Bluetooth on) although with Samsung it was instant until I googled and tried holding the answer button while searching and it went right away: )) so if anyone else has the same problem try it too: )
