USB-C Jabra Link 380, which takes priority so the headset connects instantly without any setup. Link can be shuffled between computers and the headphones work without problems
Ability to pair 8 BT devices, the headphones will then connect to the first two available devices they find

Being able to use the headphones while charging (a big plus against the Sony WH-1000) because I'm lousy at remembering to leave something on to charge.
I can keep the microphone on my shoulder hidden most of the time
A little harder than the Evolve 80 I was used to
I don't know if this is a negative, but they are surprisingly light, I like headphones that "feel the money" (but don't look cheap)
if I have a Jabra Link and phone connected and the phone rings, the sound is correctly switched to the phone. But after the call ends, the headphones sometimes have trouble returning to the sound from the computer
the microphone arm could have less curvature - quite often it gets into my chin hairs. Moving it higher doesn't help it, as just a few degrees and it goes into mute mode.
The Jabra Link's range is god knows what - just walk into a room through a corridor and even in direct visibility, without walls and such, the sound drops out or disconnects completely.
I miss the ability to personalize ANC and Hear Through, as with the Jabra Elite Active 75t
a little more expensive, but the ability to easily switch between several computers and mobile devices and use them for charging is worth it

Microphone in closed state hidden in the earpiece. There's just a bit of it sticking out, which looks good, but sometimes when I want to extend the microphone and talk, I can't catch it with my finger.
Great for dampening ambient noise.

Unfortunately, because of the mentioned disadvantages (bad sound and terrible pressure) I am returning it. These aren't headphones that can last 8 hours straight.

Muscles are hard, relatively small, a person with bigger ears will have a problem
Too much pressure, after a while I got a headache
The docking station is just a charger. I don't understand why it can't work instead of a dongle. So you have to use 2 USB ports on the coma - one for the dongle and one for the charger
Insufficient equalizer settings, no matter what you do, you won't get a nice sound for music from them. It's either flat or barrel-like. By default, they are horribly overcooked eggs.
