The handset is super quiet, there are no sounds, long battery life. I' ve been completely satisfied with one for about 5 years now. I bought another one for my sister for the car
The only thing I regret is that the plastic ear piece is fragile and you can' t buy a replacement

great battery life when connected to phone
with the handpiece behind the ear it is a painful affair
with the handpiece directly in the ear it is not as bad as with the one behind the ear, but after a while it is necessary to change the ear, otherwise it also hurts (I have rather small ears, so it can be a subjective matter)
if I connect the phone and the PC at the same time, the battery goes down quickly, it won' t last even until the end of the working day without continuous charging
when the battery is at approx. 20%, the voice constantly warns “battery low“, the other party cannot be heard during the call
