Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to test it much, as it was stolen a few weeks after purchase, but from what I tried this JBL has a good sound considering its small size. But what pissed me off is that after my speaker was stolen I was pushing for about 2 months with the insurance company with which the alza has a contract to finally tell me that my case will not be recognized because it was not a violent robbery, but only a theft where I was not present during the act. (they have nicely formulated in the contract that the coverage is only for violent robbery) So alza insurance is one big scam, because I had the speaker explicitly insured against theft, coincidentally I also stole it, I had a file from the police and all the necessary documents, but I did not get back a cent. It is only a hundred euro speaker, so somehow I can handle it, but from the principle I was well impressed by this "service". So if I had to sum it up, I give the JBL Flip 5 5★ Alza anti-theft insurance 0★
